our Story

In May of 2021, 9 months after we bought our forever home, my husband died suddenly of an overdose leaving me a single mother of 4 kids, 3 dogs and a mortgage I could barely afford.  I knew I wanted to help families avoid this similar plight.  I started doing research on what was causing people to start using hard drugs and I realized a lot of it was emanating from mental health or pain management issues. 

With my background in massage therapy, researching, interviewing specialists and consulting various experts in the DC Metro area I have been able to identify ways to help people cope with a variety of health-related issues from depression, chronic pain, PTSD and arthritis.

When he died, I was a full-time mom of 4, going to nursing school and working parttime.  After he died, I opened up my own mobile massage company and tried to stay in school.  When work, life balance got too much I took a job at a local massage school.  There I was able to see the reason why the massage therapy industry was failing and how it could help so many other industries and movements.  I was able to present my ideas before the Fairfax County school board about trying to implement massage programs in High schools and was rejected.  Then I opened up my own office in Leesburg and Massage Masters was born,

I decided to launch this nonprofit in 2023 during a hard move while relocating my kids and I to sunny Florida. We are in the process of becoming an official 501(c).

The Pro Health Crusade works to educate people about how to balance all aspects of your health and addresses real life concerns that people will face and how to cope with them in a healthy way.  Through motivational talks, YouTube videos, Healing Events and wellness workshops- we strive to end the over medication of all current and future generations!
